At the same time, Wendy notices that she is being stalked by someone driving a dark colored pickup truck, she believing her stalker's end goal being to implicate her as the murderer. Wendy and Curtis try to find out who is killing the husbands, and whether more are targeted in order to protect Wendy both from her stalker and from Trapp, who already does not like Wendy and will use whatever excuse to charge her. While Ben is indeed dealing with his last girlfriend Jennifer having recently broken up with him, Ben, if being honest to himself, would admit that it is the breakup with a former girlfriend, Serena, from ten years ago that has made him a broken man unable to commit. Two opposing items complicate matters between Miranda and Ben. First, they start to fall for each other, no dating between camp members one of the golden rules in the inherent issues with the rebound. That may be a moot point with the second in Ben's assignment editor Leo learning of he being in boot camp: to write an exposé on Miranda and the camp, a promotion to an editorial position and a corner office pending the resulting article.

He shared his passion for astronomy with Sandy who became infected with his enthusiasm and the overall grandeur of a possible moon landing. Despite this remarkable turnaround in Daniel's life, he still harbored unresolved fears with regards to the loss of those close to him. This obstacle continued to hound him as he strove to grow closer with Sandy. The question was could he stave off such demons or would he allow them to envelop him. This was the challenge for 'The Astronot'.
