Latest installment of the Cities of Love series (Paris, je t'aime / New York, I Love You / Rio, Eu Te Amo), this collective feature film is made of ten stories of romance set in the German capital.

Founded in 1903, Angelini's, which makes custom designed wedding shoes the old fashioned way i.e. by hand, is a family business located in the same Greenwich Village building since day one. It is currently owned by second generation, long-widowed Teodora Angelini, her father the company founder. Her maternal granddaughter Valentine Roncalli is the only one in the subsequent generations who has ever had an interest in the business, she now the chief designer, the company which she sees as her life and future. As is history, Valentine and Teodora live above the ground floor shop, everything about it which Valentine loves, especially the rooftop garden, despite the building having none of the modern comforts. Among her and her three siblings, Valentine is the only single one in her focus on work, and in not being the "smart" or "pretty" one but rather the "funny" one. The business is stuck in the twentieth century in almost every way, and as such is failing financially despite Valentine and Teodora constantly being busy. As such, Alfred Roncalli, Valentine's brother, wants Teodora to sell the property, which would probably be worth millions, and shut down the business, something that both Teodora and Valentine are resisting despite the financial problems. Teodora and Valentine may be able to get the business out of their financial hole when one of Valentine's shoes are noticed by Rhedd Lewis, the powerful head buyer for a chain of upscale boutiques, she who asks Valentine to submit a pair of shoes for specific wedding gown in a competition among the major shoe companies, the winning pair to be featured in the boutique window. Concurrently, Valentine herself, against what she would consider the odds in not being her own idea of the perfect woman, catches the eye of Roman Falcone, an up and coming executive chef at an upscale neighborhood Italian restaurant. Without the proposal itself, Roman quickly lets Valentine know that he sees a long term future for them. Ellen's stay in Beacon is extended as she not only has trouble trying to locate the address in question, but she begins to discover more and more information about her grandmother's past about which she previously had no idea. During Ellen's stay in Beacon, she is guided by the spirit of Ruth, who had a reason beyond delivering the message to Chet for Ellen to go on this journey, all in the name of "returning home for the first time".

Beyond her regular accounting job working at her father Wade Goode's tax accounting firm, Hailey Goode, along with her best friend Dana Barton, operate the non-profit Puppy Party Playdates, which provides and manages puppies for events, such as children's parties. The non-profit's ultimate mission is to have the puppies, rescue puppies at the animal shelter where Dana works and Hailey volunteers, adopted, with one of the shorter term goals to have a dog park built in the city, Long Lake, Washington. Hailey is organizing a petition she hopes ultimately with at least one thousand signatures to present to business community-centric Mayor Mark Betz, and, to use Hailey's term, the lug-head city planner, who have the city-owned property, where Hailey would like to see the park, earmarked for "yet another" strip mall. It isn't until Hailey meets Ryan Hill, five year widowed father to eight year old Emmy Hill, at a number of the puppy parties, becomes his friend, through Emmy he expressing some interest but hesitation in adopting a puppy for Emmy due to his focus primarily on her and not needing the extra responsibility, and uses the term lug-head in front of him to describe the city planner that she learns he is said lug-head. As Hailey and Ryan begin to think that the other may be worth entering the dating scene again for, especially as Emmy gets attached to Hailey and the puppies Hailey is fostering, they try to come to some compromise for their professional goals. What happens in trying to find that compromise, whether Ryan is truly ready to put the memory of his wife to rest, and one of Ryan's colleagues and long term friends, city hall lawyer Kelly Donaldson, perhaps seeing herself as Ryan's girlfriend may factor into whether there is a happily-ever-after for Hailey and Ryan as a couple.

Along the rainy weekend in New York, Gatsby and Ashleigh have new experiences and discoveries.

Not going back for this year's Fall Fest changes when she learns from Hank that his long term neighbor Margie Wright, the town florist, is, from recently discovered documents, disputing their property line, the area where Hank holds the Fall Fest and grows his coveted pumpkins she claiming belongs to her, Claire, out of circumstance, not only going home but representing her father despite her busy schedule. Hank and Margie, while not friends per se, have never had a "bad neighbor" relationship either, except when Margie and her now deceased husband Joe had once wanted to purchase some of the Harts' property, which he refused. The legal action takes on new meaning for Claire when she discovers that Margie's lawyer is her nephew Patrick Harris, Claire's high school classmate, the two who always had a competitive relationship. Largely for lifestyle reasons, Patrick only recently moved back to town after a Silicon Valley corporate life. Patrick is solely looking out for Margie's interest, they not divulging that she is facing financial issues with her floral business that could largely be solved by this extra land as she could supply many of her own flowers. Stemming from the legal action, Claire and Patrick can't help but be competitive in almost all other aspects of their many encounters. However during these encounters, they start to fall for the other without telling the other as such. The possibility of a romance between the two is not only threatened by Claire living in Manhattan and the legal action where the probability is high that there will be one winner and one loser, but by a misunderstanding concerning Claire's most recent boyfriend Ben, a New York City Planning Commission engineer, who comes to Waitsford to help Claire with this matter.

Rebecca Lassiter and her husband Brian leave New York City to move to Los Angeles and find the perfect suburban house for them and their young daughter. However, a local personal trainer named Kathleen Strickland has a secret past with this home and becomes distraught when she loses the house to the young couple in a bidding war. Shortly after moving in, Rebecca and Brian notice strange things start to happen--food deliveries they did not order, rat and pest control dispatched without their knowledge, and finally--a rock thrown through the window. The Lassiter's ideal life quickly begins to unravel and their family's safety is put in jeopardy as they realize Kathleen will stop at nothing to get her house.

Anne Garrison's job as head toy buyer for Sinclair's chain of department stores headquartered in New York City is much different than her toy experience growing up at her father Bill Garrison's shop, Garrison's Toys in North Bay, Maine. While what she buys for Sinclair's is mostly high tech, Garrison's primarily sells Bill's own crafted wooden toys, Anne who learned how to carve as a child but who has put that part of her life behind her. While she has spent a few days in North Bay around Christmas Day most years, she is heading back three weeks before Christmas this year as Bill is retiring and she is helping him at the store for this final Christmas before clearing it out to sell the property, with the plan being for him to move to Connecticut to be closer to both Anne and her sister. His original want was for Anne to take over the business. The store is not the only thing that might be closing in town as Dorothy Wentzell, the perceived cold-hearted owner of the town's largest employer Wentzell Lumber Mill, is thinking about selling and retiring as well, whoever the new owners of the property who will probably not keep it as a mill. The mill's General Manager, Keith McClain, moved to town following the passing of his wife so that his now ten year old daughter would have extra family in the form of Keith's sister-in-law Patty and her husband Sean. Keith would like to save the mill not only for his own sake - he not wanting to uproot Jessie again - but also for all his employees. Anne and Keith end up spending time together as they are wrangled into chairing the town's annual Christmas festivities: the tree lighting and silent auction, the Christmas carnival, and the Christmas pageant held on Christmas Eve. While Anne's high school boyfriend Tom Novak reenters her life in being the real estate agent handling the sale of the store, a mutual but unspoken attraction seems to be forming between Anne and Keith, especially as Anne is additionally helping Jessie with her solo in the pageant. While many things are up in the air for anything to happen between Anne and Keith - Anne heading back to New York potentially never to return to town with the sale of the store, and Keith possibly having to move if the mill property is sold - a set of themed wooden Santas that Anne carved just before she went away to college may play a part, those Santas which seem to be providing much needed inspiration to its recipients.
